A previous report in May 2025 had been reported earlier where Stefani spoke about her union with Blake Shelton.
Blake and Gwen got married in 2021. The latter has three children from her previous union. They first met in 2014.

Talking about her longtime connection with the country artist, the songstress started, “It really does [feel like time is passing quickly].”
“Things that we’re talking about, we’re at the point of our relationship where it’s like, ‘Oh, remember what did happen.’ and you look, ‘Oh my God, that was 8 years ago!’ It’s like, how did this fly so quickly?” she went on.
Aside from this, the mum of three established that “10 years is a long time.”
Still, it “still feels new to me,” added the 48-year-old.
“I think that may be the secret to happiness, is that it feels just as exciting and new and happy,” she went on before switching to another subject.
