Pakistan opener Sahibzada Farhan’s half-century celebration against India in the Asia Cup Super Four match on Sunday had fans abuzz, with many complimenting his enthusiasm and energy on the pitch.
The right-handed batsman completed his half-century having struck a six off Axar Patel’s ball on the third ball in the 10th over. He completed the half-century through the contribution of five boundaries and three sixes.

Following his mention of his fifty, Farhan leaned forward with his bat resembling a rifle and pretended to fire shots, an action that soon caught the cameras and lit social media, with supporters labeling it one of the most exciting celebrations of the tournament.
In the meantime, Pakistan recorded their highest powerplay total against India in T20I cricket, scoring 55 runs in their Asia Cup match.

Sahibzada Farhan scored the most with 29 runs, followed by Fakhar Zaman with 15 and Saim Ayub with 9. The batters in total hit nine fours at a strike rate of 143.24.
Their aggressive style kept a run rate of 9.16, constructed on six singles, four doubles, and a quick three-run shot.
