2027 Alfa Romeo Stelvio

The Alfa Romeo Stelvio is being completely overhauled for its next generation, which will be on sale sometime in 2026. Although it will retain Alfa Romeo’s characteristically sensual design, the SUV will also be offered with a hybrid or all-electric powertrain. The Stelvio will also move to the STLA Large platform, potentially bringing the compact SUV into mid-size territory. An upcoming performance-focused Quadrifoglio model might utilize the Hurricane twin-turbo inline-six engine that is also set to show up in its platform-sharing sibling, the Dodge Charger.
2026 BMW 3-Series and M3

Previewed by the Vision Neue Klasse concept, the future generation of BMW’s iconic 3-series sports sedan will feature both internal-combustion and battery-electric forms. The i3, as we anticipate that it will be named, will be underpinned by a completely new EV architecture with an 800-volt platform. The i3 will also give rise to an all-electric M3 that will feature a powerful quad-motor powertrain. We anticipate the i3 to arrive on the market prior to the close of 2025 and the iM3 in 2026.
2025 Chevy Corvette SUV

The Corvette subbrand is expanding and will soon increase to include—gasp!—a Corvette-badged performance SUV. We’re betting it’ll be built on GM’s Alpha platform and look something like the rendering you see above. Engine options should run the gamut from a turbocharged four-cylinder on the budget end up to a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 in the high-performance top Z0-something trim. We expect Chevy to drop this unpopular vehicle later this year.
2026 Ford Mustang Raptor

Porsche built a Dakar off-road variant of the 911 and Lamborghini made the Huracan a lifted supercar known as the Sterrato. So why can’t Ford give the Mustang its Raptor off-road makeover? Okay, it sounds insane, but we’re told it will provide a naturally aspirated V-8 engine, all-wheel drive, and a lifted suspension with Fox Live Valve dampers. Anticipated this limited-production, quirky twist on the Mustang to launch in 2026 with a base price in the neighborhood of $90,000.
